Why is chinese customer service so bad?

Working in customer service wouldnt be bad if it wasn't for the public. I used to work in the industry until 5 years ago.

My god the number of cunts who never accept responsibility for mistakes like putting in wrong address or ordering after next day delivery cut off time and then demanding postage refund because it wasn't sent out the same day. Demands for gestures of good will, threats to go on forums and Facebook and spread bad word. Don't miss it one bit.
