Where do you buy your 18650's?

Probably for the best, but too late for me.

You might have ordered around the time RM were messing around with batteries being delivered. Ben had to send batteries with torches, battery packs etc as RM refused to handle batteries only. They have to be sent with a battery operated device hence the "free gifts" people have received.

Lol [emoji16]. As far as I know it relates only to batteries being supplied without a device for them to be used in. Perhaps Ben was getting rid of old promo kit [emoji23] but it was a means to an end. Sure @BenFogstar can explain it better.

yeah its definitely to do with how royal mail are with batteries, devices that use 18650s can be posted with a certain number of replacement cells , but not on their own for some reason

Will be using 18650uk next time as I don’t appreciate delivery always taking a week on first class. Fogstar need to sort out whatever is happening with their postal service - I expect and receive next day delivery from first class with everybody else.

I have no idea who's to blame. It's just odd that I don't get any delay when ordering cells through anybody else, and haven't in knocking on six years of sourcing li-ions for vape kit.

Vape Club don't have this issue. Grey Haze don't experience this issue. Torchy doesn't have this issue.

I switched to Fogstar because I wanted to try a new specialist for cells - and I think their wraps are quite awesome. I'm perfectly happy to accept that it's RM's fault - but it's still confined to the sorting office Fogstar's orders go through. To my mind, if this is a frequent issue (and it has been for me) then it would justify sourcing a different method of shipping.

If it isn't a problem for you then that's great. Rock on. Would you prefer I don't mention my experience and we pretend everything is wonderful?
