USA made Ejuice

Do we in the UK get the protection from banned ingredients and flavourings from USA made Ejuice ?
I know that here in UK we have much better? protection from various flavourings etc etc that are banned, but what happens when you buy USA made Ejuice from UK based websites?

If it contains nicotine then it's subject to the same regulations as UK manufactured liquids.

zero nicotine isn't covered by any current regulations though regardless of where it's made.
