Was planning on polishing it but quite like it unpolished. might polish once then hope it builds a good patina.

You're right. Unlikely. Very unlikely if I'm honest.

In my defence I should also add that I fecking hate painted mods, the chipping drives me nuts.

Lol. Middle section is staying painted unless it gets chipped more. Reminds me of a trusty old penknife with top n bottom polished.
