Thanks a lot for all the tips so far . I got the cotton in much thicker this time and it works .
Though not really match in flavour with Brunhilde . I love that tank , but wanted to try some smaller factor one .
I'll also try on next build what Rickster said , and hopefully I won't have more issues with it .

Sometimes it helps if you cut the ends of the wick at a 45 degree angle so just the 'point' is visible under the deck, but - what everyone else has said, wick fairly tight through the coil and looser through the juice ports.

I think some people call it the Dam Method, so don't push your Cotton all the way through, as someone once said Juice Wells are for Juice not for Cotton.
