I'm not having any problems on mine, I have my wicks on 3mm ID using the included coil (Ni80 I think), position is very symmetrical to the channel and not too high, wick legs all the way touching the bottom, fluffed but not thinned, I wet the wicks and persuade them into the channels, I'm using Muji cotton and roll it slightly before pulling it through.

Vaping around 40 watts and it keeps up pretty well.

I'm doing a review on it so will post a photo if you are still struggling.

Thank you mate. It was fine the first couple of times I wicked it but if I take a long pull now it starts to taste dry as hell. Considering I'm not using the coil at high wattage for the ohms I reckon it certainly shouldn't be doing that. Perhaps I'm flattening the wicks too much when putting them in the channel. I'll have a go again later tonight.

**Update**
I fitted in a 3mm alien coil that ohms out at 0.24ohms. I thin out the cotton at the ends to get rid of any knots in the cotton and fluff the ends up. I’m putting 65w or 3.9v and not one single dry hit.
