I have no idea how often I vape. I know I have to fill my tank a couple 3 times a day. I go through 15+ ml a day.

But I do know that there are days I go a very long time without vaping at all. I'll come home from running errands and I'll put stuff away finally get myself sorted out and sit down and relax start playing on my phone, watch some tv with hubby, then start dinner and then after dinner I'm like where's my vapor? And everyone is tryin to help me find it and turns out I left it in the van....

When I’m breathing out? And literally the 0.5second it takes to not breath more in I seem to vape non stop to be honest unless I’m asleep

I am personally only vaping in my free time, which basically means that I won't vape at work or if I go to places where it might not be appropriate as well.
I am not really dependent on it as I will sometimes also go for several days without vaping at all, therefor it's not really a problem for me as I also don't experience any cravings or such.
But on a free day, when I've got nothing really to do, I'll basically vape throughout the whole day getting through roughly 3ml-10ml of liquid.

I probably vape more than I used to smoke, if that makes any sense
