About 10 I don't use . But have around 30 in use.

I only have 6 tanks.
And use all of them.
But I have 3 CE4 tanks that only come out on special occasions.

Loads and loads of Aromamizers.

I have 4 Supreme v2s, a Lite and 2 Plus tanks used on rotation ... 12 more Aromamizers are in their boxes. Having 20 or more is obviously just crazy. I'm not crazy, nope, not me.
