It's against Facebook's T&Cs to sell ecigs - I've been trying to sell something on a couple of vaping groups but FB keep flagging my adverts and it doesn't post - PITA.
You have to end up listing tanks/mods in the:
Collectables>Tobacciana & Smoking Supplies>Shisha Pipes
Section, probably include the words:
"USED VAPE" as that might throw up some search catches
Whilst compiling the ad you might have to avoid the make/model of equipment
at least in title as ebay will say no-no-no you can't flog that
(description should be ok, just the make in title still flags up sometimes)
I understand ebay's policy but imho badly implemented
(numerous stuff has a strict ebay policy but always a work-around)
A bare tank/mod contains no nicotine but the UK law is a bit odd at times
Smoking used to be 16+ but was raised to 18 to buy cigarettes
Though I'm pretty sure that in England & Wales they this messed up a bit
You have to be 18 to purchase tobacco
BUT I'm 99.999% sure the actual smoking age in England/Wales is still 16+
Scotland raised the actual smoking age to 18 like the age to PURCHASE etc...
But I'm very sure in England the actual smoking age is still 16+
(They changed the age to purchase but not the actual age to legally smoke)
Weird - but there ya go the law often is a bit odd
