There are areas that get mentioned but little coverage - shortfills for example.

All in all though, as a document for vaping and harm reduction, it really crushes a lot of the feeble arguments against ecig.

To have a government document saying:
1. There is no gateway
2. Non-smoking teens are not vaping
3. Flavours are essential
4. No tax, preferably subsidised
5. Fat cats, let your employees vape
6, councils, stop banning vaping in certain areas
7. NHS Trusts, pull your damn finger out
8. LCFC, let supporters vape
9. You want nic, we got nic
10. Screw you 2ml tanks
11. Sod off 10ml bottles
12. Oh sod it, I really am tired...and I still need a gif fix
