Back in the day when i used to mix, i managed to knock over a 500ml bottle of freshly mixed smurfs blood. The postie knocked on the door and the pup went ape sh*t, made me jump as she'd never barked before. Ended up having to replace the kicthen floor as the wife kept complaining she could smell it.

Ho now that was a costly 500ml mix..............

not done that, but often wore a few ml trying pop the lid on a chubby, know i put the bottle in clear bag & use ajustable spanner to pop em off no more mess

You are not alone when it comes to them bloody chubby bottles that has happened to many of us on here but i do like that idea of yours with the bag.....

Not bloody half, not only did i end up loosing the entire mix, but the wife decided she wanted laminate flooring, had to screed the bugger 1st.

Err Nope, i discovered two things from this.

1. Always mix inside something to catch any spillages.
2. I bloody hate doing screed and laying laminate.
