I did this took, but with a clear plastic door on a mech squonker. I was able to drill tiny holes through the door to the magnets and simply punch them out.
I know this doesn't help but thought I'd mention that you're not alone in doing this [emoji1303]

Looking at the MSDS, it looks like it’s also useful if you’ve accidentally stuck your hamster to your guinea pig.

Heat too

Heat may well help loosen super glue.
It is worth mentioning that it can also kill a magnet.

I have killed the magnets in a mech during an autofire situation.

Boiling water will soften the glue then the point on one of these should be strong enough to pop it out.
Trouble is by the time you've read this you've probably already dissolved it with the recommendation of acetone.
