528 Goon sawn off...

I gave up with mine (clone). Tried thin(ish) 24 flatwire, various claptons etc. with less than a mm clearance from the top cap, and still imperfect airflow, it's off in the bin. I even tried installing the coils from the bottom of the clamps.

It's a frustrating little bastard for sure. I think mine was luck rather than judgment, and it does get hellish hot, but the flavour is excellent.

i couldn't get on with the original LP because of the build deck it was a pain in the arse but that looks very promising big improvement on the original will keep an eye open for those being released
