Vype ePen 3 pods - hackable?

I got this dev as a backup “grab and go” device and so far pleased with its overall simplicity and design. I had the mint and tobacco pods enclosed and the tobacco is absolutely gross. The only way I can describe it is it tastes kind of like how silicon smells but with a slight sweetness.

Any way, the pods appear to have 4 clips on the bottom which might be able to be pushed in with a screwdriver and then the pod opened. Has anyone tried this?
