Vaporesso aren't going to warranty it after being dropped as it's not a manufacturer defect.

As Phat B and Gary have suggested, get a block of wood higher than the 510 and give a some persuasion with a hammer/heavy wrench. Tap around it evenly and gently to avoid it going in squint. Much less likely to damage it further this way than using pliers.

 

Go with the hammer ........... you now have nothing to lose!

i would say use i vice as you will have better control, and yes it looks like it is pressed in. should be fine as long as its not bent it when dropped.
