You mean tipping? If so its making sure the wick maintains wet with the e liquid, its to maintain the coil is always in contact with juiced wick, tipping will wet the wick and stop any burning taste

Yup, so just roll the set up in your hand every now and then to keep the wick wet. Good point of order if you are not sure on the ohm, is start at a lower volt, and slowly work your way up, testing the taste of the juice as you go, it will usually reach a decent taste before it goes to overdone.
