Samsung 25R 18650 low voltage message

So when I bought my vaporesso polar over a month ago at my local vape shop I bought some of the above batteries along with it. I also have a smok mag kit and tried them in there and I've noticed when the batteries go below 50% I get a message saying low voltage and the mod wont fire, I made nothing of it and just thought it was my mod playing up. I recently bought a squonk mod and put the battery In it and as it started to drain, even though I ran the mod 55w, it kept showing that it was firing and fluctuating between 34-36 watts. So I tried some fogstar batteries and they ran fine. Are the Samsung's supposed to act that way?

I have a separate charger I use, I don't use the mod to charge them or anything like that

Possibly they've been discharged too low or they were old stock. How long are they taking to recharge. If it's pretty quick then they're best disposing of safely.
