Pod devices

I don't know if this has been brought up before, but when exactly does a 'pod' device simply become a box mod made out of plastic.

Should there be a new term created? It may not be important for many ppl but here they are starting to pass laws in regards to whether a device is considered a pod or not and im not sure an 80 watt device with a removable battery, a refillable juice cartridge and a rebuildable coil should be in the same category as an off the shelf juul

There are a lot of AIO devices (All in One) out now. They have pod like tanks in them but have far more features and battery life.

My understanding of Pods in the category of resembling a traditional Mod is called a Pod/Mod

Yeah, i know, but i'm getting scared that they r going to realize its becoming more and more difficult to distinguish a cheap disposable device supposedly aimed at our 'precious' children (who r really just a buncha hooligans too young to be prosecuted, like i was) and a device thats simply made out of material that allows its price to better match its expected life span.

I guess we just don't feel there is enough plastic in the world yet
