get a mechman stick and a battery from fogstar and you are set, those smok sticks have a form o regulation and most likely it puts out more than it should. even though I repair mods for free for the forum users, I will not waste my time with that. much of better devices out there and with a mechman at £9 ...

no a problem, glad to help but that stick should be replaced with a proper regulated device.

Just to rule it out @James Powell have you changed the PG/VG ratio in your juice?
If you've been using 70% VG and changed to say 50% VG that could be causing harshness.
