It states 5-250w.
It states "vw".

A mech is basically a tube or box with nothing but contacts...so its really just your rda and battery/batteries thats covered up in metal or resin or plastic

I think whoever wrote the blurb needs to ease up on the purple Smarties
It says no variable voltage but it has an adjustable potentiometer. It says it has variable wattage but there are no up and down buttons.

It does at least six things a mech can't do so no, it's not a mech. Mech = battery>switch>510>atty, that's it.
