How long do new 18650 batteries take to charge ?

I have Xtar vp4

I normally charge three 18650 at one time
Below are approx times

At 0.25 amp approx 10-12 hours
At 0.5 amp 5-6 hours
1 amp ?? Not sure as iv never charged at that amp but most probably say around 2-3 hours
