No l tried that as well, Dave at Esmokeuk has agreed to replace it as it's not very old, big thanks to him the normal ego's just aren't the same lol

Got it back today , its is charging the problem is with the cut out , it is cutting out as soon as you put it under load , when it should only cut out when you have an extended draw on it . Anyways its faulty so replacement on its way tomorrow.
