+1 for a pipe cleaner
Thinly rolled kitchen towel, also works well.

Again +1 on pipe cleaners, i double mine over and use them periodically, i also find that a long slow vape is better, it will come with experience but you kind of feel the vapour fill in your mouth and you can taste it on your tongue.
Works for me but each to their own!
Also, i use the pipe cleaner after i have topped up the evod, don't have any probs doing it this way

Believe it or not my spare did the same problem and procedure repeated hopefully done the trick.
