Has anyone ever bought anything from ecigwarehouse?

Purchased a dead rabbit RTA on 20th March.
It shows as shipped but never received it.

I have emailed them and they said it was lost and they would possibly ship another.
After 10 days i asked for a refund and since then not heard a word from them.

Dont wanna claim via Paypal but has anyone else dealt with them?

Ive used ecigwarehouse in the past just slow on delivery but if ur not happy with them make a claim to get ur money back and hopefully companies book there ideas up

No one else had it when i ordered so took a gamble

There are some sites that have it now unless anyone else is moving one on?

Urgh I've had the same issues, I pre-ordered an innokin eqs and they've been awful with communication and now reading this I really dont have much hope of getting my device any time soon, not happy :-(

The item is now showing as refunded on their site but as yet , nothing has shown up in paypal.

Im going to leave the claim running until i see the refund. then i will ask for details and account to be removed.,
