the original 510 batteries are about the same width, I think the longer ones are 280 mah but good for out at night, cheap; about 7 quid and they do auto too so you don't need to turn it off in your pocket.

Same kinda setup as I use for work, Smok duel coiled carts on a 650mah battery. Pocket size, no leaks or fuss. I take a cpl with different juices in them, just fill them up, put the condoms back on and away I go..
