Dead Rabbit air intake

The adjuster ring has siezed. I can't move it at all. Anyone know how to fix?

That didn't work, but prompted by your idea I put it in the freezer for a bit, and that caused the O ring to contract enough for me to remove the cap. I'm going to use friction to try to wear the ring down a bit so it's not such a tight fit.

Ah, having been able to remove the cap, I've lubricated the O ring with e-juice and that has improved things. Not a permanent fix, I still think I need to wear it down a bit, but at least it's working.
