Artery Nugget Gt ...help

Anyone on here got the Artery Nugget Gt if so how do you unlock the "+"and "-" keys, I've done as the manual says and nothings happen except the leds changed colour , and still getting this

Not sure if it helps but on the Nugget X I have to press 'Fire' & '+' key for a couple of seconds.
