With the youth hostel we should be fine for public liability we have if my memory is correct £10 million and covers all events on the premises as we have many with uni's and outdoor types. I will check on Monday.

Also I think I'm correct in saying this will not be in away way a boycott of Vapefest it will purely be a social gathering of POTV members and venders if we can pull it off

As for the roads yep they can get hairy but we have HGV's deliver four times a week to the venue

Is the kitchen big enough for Gonloopy and Liath to do bacon or sausage sarnies?

We need to keep the women folk happy. And we know how ratty they can be if they dont have enough room for cooking/making tea ect......
