It's nothing more than a massive vapemeet where you'll be surprised how friendly everyone is. Sit at a table with strangers and you'll all be talking vape products within minutes.
*Word of warning: as vaping has expanded so has the inevitable introduction of wankers. On classifieds there's been people ripping off vapers by claiming products haven't been received or not posting their trades (not to mention fobbing off clones as genuine items). This aspect was noted during last year's event where a number of thefts occurred: Keep your kit with you, keep an eye out for other people's...and have a good time

Nothing official but I'm sure we will gravitate towards a comfortable spot. Just look out for the tshirts
