Camping over the weekend to turn it in to more of a fest rather than just event would be a great idea as it would give folk so much more time to chat & engage each other & make it a real weekender rather than a go home at the end of the day type thing & could well be a possibility? this would also greatly encourage the food/drink vendors as well as attracting live music which in turn would also further public awareness of vaping.
Not sure how much the site at donnington would be to hire as its pretty much set up for this kind of thing & it the right location, but sounds like you already have the location under control.

If it did turn out to be a weekender camping I'm sure a local chippy/chicken/burger van would be interested in calling on site Saturday evening at 7/7.30pm say. Again at 10pm maybe!
...course it's not like it was in the old days... all commercialised now... I remember seeing a half pished JC offering 200 kroner for a mod in the charity auction and Wayne, Garry and Fiona stuck for a few hours folding raffle tickets.
