I mean you look younger when your hair isn't on show. So, yeah, a compliment.

I myself look younger with no hair on head or face. It's the grey y'know.
I just look a twat when clean shaven. A twat, but a younger one. lol

The joy of Continental shifts means I'm as likely to get on a Tuesday, as I am on a Saturday. If needs be I can book a day.
Not for this one though, it was my oppos anniversary, so he'd booked it.
