Are they good? What is the coil life like on them? I'm quite new to vaping and bought an innokin cool fire 4, sometimes my coils last a few hours!

Ouch that sounds rough! Try posting up a thread on the starter discussions forumn - I'm sure experienced vapers will help.
First thing I can think of is 'priming' the coil - getting the cotton/wick soaked through with juice before hotting fire?
Useful info to get answers to include the tank and coils you are using
