Stripped Screw...

So I was fiddling about cleaning out the internals of my new to me Rev 3.A & I managed to strip one of the interior screws.

Does anyone know the specs of these screws? So far as my research goes they are countersunk hex bolts/screws with a very fine thread. Where I’ll get another one of these, I have no idea!
