Yep, been there and had this. Likewise, I keep all my cond plugs matched up, so there shouldn't be a problem.
I find that just a small tweak of the threads on the drip tips cure it now.

I find that a light sanding of the base of the plug can resolve this issue also.

Did that the first time Matt, that's why I try to keep them all matched now.
