I've had little luck trying to source them, I found some in Canada but not cheap and with shipping it gets worse:

I did look into making my own, I bought the tiny switch inside but got stuck on what to use for the membrane.

Rob @stealthvape will be my supplier if all else fails. He can get them, BUT at a hefty price by the time Shipping, Import and VAT are applied.
He suggested a Group Buy if there's enough interest which would avoid the VAT element if someone else handles the money side of things.
