Best/safest 18500 cell for a PAPS V3 (I think)

Mornin all, quick question, what 18500 cell would be best for said mech mod? I can find a few on google but they only seem to carry a "C" rating not a max amp discharge rating, so not wanting to become an anti vaping news stat thought I'd ask you veteran/more qualified mech users.

Will get on google and see if theres an 18650 section available anywhere too, just in case then i can get me VTC5A's or Molicel P28A's in too.

Basen are pretty good but most are 11A anyway
