21700 series repair

Morning all
Does anyone know who does repairs as my battery needs replacing as is cracked. Unfortunately not something my sausage fingers would allow!

Whats cracked on your battery if its the wrap just replace it with a new one easy to do with a hair dryer loads of vids on youtube on how to do this.
