no worries it locks if you dont compress the switch bud much like a nemesis same when you put it back together fully compress the switch and screw the bugger down tight for the most short lervly throw.

I also noticed when reassembling it, to make sure the spring gets located around that little cylinder in the underside of the switch. That's how it was when i took it apart & it only operates smoothly that way. Cool bananas !
