Evic Mini VTC Firmware upgrade V3.0

Howdy, noticed this morning that Joyetech had a new firmware upgrade for the VTC mini, link below

They have added Stainless 316 Profile plus 3 TCR profiles and made the display cleaner.

What it doesn't tell you though is how to change the 3 new TCR profile presets.

Here's how, Click the fire button 5 times to put into standby, then hold down fire button and + button for about 8-10 seconds
you should now have the 3 presets pictured below



From there toggle with fire button and adjust with + and - buttons.

To use your presets click fire button 3 times and use + button to select TCR - button to change to profiles then + button to cycle through the 3 Presets.

That is seriously impressive and it has to be said, elevates the VTC mini well above the IPV D2 in terms of functionality and desirability in my book. Stellar work, Joyetech.

Yes, it's a very good functional Mod- and the size is excellent, very neat and compact, but with so much packed in. Just might have to get another.
Love the ability to set controls with the new SS coils- combine it with the new Cubis seems logical.
Also, thanks for including the video, the new settings are explained very well.

So now I just need the TCR of NiFe30. According to @stealthvape it is 0.0050 but entering 0050 into the M1 setting doesn't provide a working vape. What am I doing wrong here? @danb @Tubbyengineer ?

I think the decimal point is out, try it at 0500

But 0050 is what comes after the decimal point. You're probably right but I'm a bit wary.

Yep, with a setting of 0050, no vape, with a setting of 0500, somewhere about what you would expect
