Wouldn't touch those fuckers with a bargepole, had a faulty Riva off them, zero response to requests for help. Was only sorted by Andy charging to the rescue.

I recently bought my brunhilde MTL RTA off them, and had no problems, but then again, it worked properly so I didn't need any after sales service. But who is Andy?
