Slow firing wire

    Hi, I've just built a build with Clapton wire, and on one wire is firing really slowly. Thanks.

    Are all the post screws completely tightened?

    Might be worth double checking after a bit of heat has been through them.

    Not sure, says this on the lid, may mean something:
    KERNAL: 32GA
    WRAPPED: 0.3*0.8 Flat

    That's all it says, exept from that I mentioned before

    If they are prebuilt, shouldn't be an issue but just double check to make sure both coils have the same number of wraps.

    Could be it's made from kanthal which will take a age to heat and cool down where as ni80 or SS would ramp up a lot quicker
