Skyline rta, chimney/jfc

For the last few days, my skyline has been playing up a bit. It's vaping fine, but when I'm filling it, and then I go to open the juice control using the bit below the drip tip, the chimney is turning with it and unscrewing the tank. First time I lost half a tank of juice cause it caught me by surprise. I've been managing to get it open with a bit of effort and not spilling juice, but has anybody else had this happen and know how to fix it?

I've had it apart and cleaned it, still the same things by happening. Any advice would be much appreciated, I love this tank, can't be bothered with it playing by up on me!

Put some juice in the inner chimney oring if that doesnt help replace the oring with the spare one or with one a bit smaller outer diameter
