kensei rta

Hi

I bought a vandyvape Kensei RTA and this is my first duel coil rta. I was just wondering what peoples suggestions would be for coils in this. Ideally I want to aim for around .4ohm but without a long ramp up if possible. Any suggestions would be great thanks

Yeah, I love the Kensei. Along with the Crius2 they're the two tanks I'm using the most at the moment. I've got my favourite coils in them at the moment; fused claptons. These coils have exceptionally good ramp up and cooling. And they work great in the Kensei. Cotton choice is more important that coil selection tho. Use shit cotton and it won't matter what coils your using. I would personally highly recommend these coils and these cottons.

Man i cant stand the crius 2. Terrible terrible tank. Im getting zero flavor and i mean zero. Dry hits galore and when i turn the airflow down it sounds like a damn flute...so disappointed

@Mitz would you make the same recommendations for the Kylin?

I'm using Cotton Bacon and some Ni80 parallel coils (can't remember what they're called - it's basically clapton wire parallel with normal wire!!!)

I switched to Ni80 from Kanthal but I feel the build I have could be a bit better

wooooooaaaaaahhhhhhhh the issues you are having are 100% down to either the coil choice, coil positioning, and wicking, get the right build set up in this tank and its one of the best single coil RTAs of 2017,
