In Praise of Ekowool

I always flame it to glowing before i use it - and Flavour has come through well once soaked.

Been great on me Spheroid using M+P's DIY Praze at 60/40 VG/PG so far - using the 'Bunny Ears' wick

I haven't flamed it though ... Am I missing out on something here ?

Some folk boil their Silica - i'm a bit lazy and just use me blow torch on it until it glows red hot.

Removes any 'impurities' that might be left on the Ekowool - so theoretically at least giving a cleaner flavour

Thanks for the tip Digicig I'm gonna give this a whirl.

I think I'll get the fire extinguisher out just incase

It's cool Carl, I'm finding te ecowool MuCh better since I started flaming it mesh style with a blowtorch!

I do flame it sometimes mate, but not heavy, I find a heavy flame will send it a bit solid, that was no flaming at all (hard core lol) it vapes a lot better than normal silica I had in last night as well.
now all we need is Roger to get his head round the stuff

Ive found If I flame the crap out of it .. it goes solidish .. but loosens up a bit quickly .. and also ... it doesnt unravel if I flame it ... Ive started flaming it before I cut it.
