I'm thinking of making a 18350 pipe if I can source the right size 510.

Dunno how good they are, but I think FT do a 19mm 510 connector ......

I'm sure someone with a lathe would make you an 18mm 510 (Stu?). They used to be a common size for e-pipes, but most now seem 14 or 22. You can still pick up the Kir-Fanis pipes with 18mm from some of the Greek sites, Creavap are now 22mm, Yogs I think use 23mm an epipemods use 14mm.
