100% VG and nic salt question

Usually I have my nic the same VG as the juice i.e 70VG juice 70VG nicotine. What happens if I add a nic shot that is higher than the juice i.e 70VG juice but 100% VG nicotine?

also with a nic salt do I go for the same 3mg nicotine or do you go a bit higher?

it's smoother on the throat, that's why people who want to vape higher nicotine use it, if you vape 3mg there's no reason to go higher unless you want to.
