Rose3 Vertical Coil Build Problem.

Interesting read, I've only ever built vertical coils on side airflow RDA's with the cotton inside the coil. I don't own a Rose but food for thought.

I think some of us customized the kayfun 5 mtl inserts and others used a roll of mesh in the airflow under the coil.
There wasn't much focus on making the hole under the coil small in this period. Everyone went mid ground between mtl and sub ohm and relied on the airflow ring.
great tank but would have been so much better restricted.

The one reason why I have put this tank away is the airflow which is the opposite of mtl.

Closed off all the holes on the ring and it's doing a job as a loose MTL. Not bothered with the faffy vertical coil though
