Does it matter any vendor willing to refund if goods have not arrived is a good vendor in my book. But if no one else is selling them on the web, I would qestion why is he the only one?

I think it’s worth a gamble. It’s not likely there would be fake 18350s is it? That’s an actual question, cause I don’t know if it is...

I hope not! Some people there complain about delivery time but not the quality. We'll see I guess...
