Ahem, sorry, my vote would go to the SXK Zero Mini, but as it's no longer available it would be the Eleaf Pico 75W.

Definitely the Pico 75w! Got two of them with Arctic Fox firmware, which adds profiles and improved TC.
Then there's of course the Dani Box Mini, which is absolutely brilliant.
And when I feel a bit more bare bones, I often use my GUS 22mm mech tube, which I have 18650 and 18350 bodies for. It has locking and a replaceable 12A fuse, which I like.
