I did have 4 ........... I sent one to another ape, now I have 3 .........

It was actually the first RBA/RTA I ever built.

........ and if I remember right they don't fit the cage tank on the mini.

I've a Merlin due to drop in the next week at 18mm so I will update on how it vapes. The deck looks good, the design looks smart but I'm not sure about the hidden airflow. In general I like the external air inlet to match the under coil airflow size but I'm prepared to be dazzled.

The Kayfun Mini v3 clone would be my recommendation. I know you said it was out of budget, but I'll take that to mean the genuine version. I could have misunderstood though.
